Lexington Community Center Lexington, MA
Interior and exterior renovation of a historic structure. Developed design concepts for the renovated interior space. Prepared and presented design concepts to Lexington’s design committee and town officials. Assisted team members in the production of construction documents and specifications to go out to public bid. Surveyed existing FFE from three different locations and developed a detailed FFE plans.
Roxbury Tenants of Harvard Roxbury, MA
Actively involved with the construction administration and project close-out. Worked closely with the client and client representative to ensure the overall design and any architectural changes were carried out by the contractor appropriately.
