HIGH-HAZARD EXPERIENCE

Completed renovations and submitted designs for a privately held premier special process firm that preforms high technology electroplating and coating for clients such as NASA. The work encompassed two phases.
Phase I: Completed an 8,483 sf interior renovation of both an existing office space and paint shop building. The completed renovation included a reception area, workstations, private offices, conference room, high hazard paint storage, two interior paint spray booths and a custom designed hot box.
Phase II: Proposed 54,000 sf design that included additional interior renovation and building expansion. The expansion encompassed a two-story glass atrium and a new pre-manufacturing building. The design was geared towards achieving LEED certification. The new space included corporate offices, conference/training room, staff lounge, cafeteria, open workstations, a clean lab, atrium, and a manufacturing anodizing line for aerospace parts. Responsible for the interior design, production of construction and schematic drawings/documents, LEED research and document preparation, and 3d CADD modeling
