Completed architectural design and construction documents to refresh the interior finishes in the existing common dining area.

The scope of the project will include approximately 2,200 sf to provide: the design, selection, and documentation of finishes, millwork, lighting, and furniture for the Main Lobby, adjacent Corridors, and proposed Mail Room flooring.

Interior Finish Refresh

Renovation to assisted living facility at a senior care community. Responsible for recording existing interior conditions. Developed construction documents and collaborated with outside interior design firm.
